Plywood Core
FSC certified sustainable acacia wood is chosen for its exceptional value. Selected tight grains and grade A and B veneers, bending and shearing strength has exceeded all expectations for general applications.
Ply
7ply for 12mm and 9ply for 18mm construction, each ply consists of 4-6 veneers overlapping at the joints. Maximum strength is achieved by ensuring minimal voids at the joints.

Film
Melamine resin impregnated paper bonded at 160g/sqm, black film is the economical choice for general applications. Pressure and duration of the hot pressing is controlled precisely for maximum bonding strength.
Glue
Adhesive is an important factor determining the reusabilities. Using melamine WBP glue, boiling test exceeds 10 hours. This ensures the veneers are bonded firmly and does not give way under harsh conditions.
Actual Reusabilities
We understands your concern of product's over promising and not delivering desired results. We are different in this approach, being honest is our motto. Depending on user's handling and application, actual repetitions is 5 to 8 times.
