Plywood Core
Using grade AAA mixed hardwood veneers with density level of 600kg/m3, it is more than sufficient for conventional to system formwork application. Being FSC certified, we are committed to doing our part for the environment.

Ply
7ply for 12mm and 11ply for 18mm construction, it ensures the consistency of the plywood thickness and each ply consists of 3-4 veneers overlapping at the joints. Zero to minimal void is achieved for the maximum strength.

Film
Our film are not only unique in red colour but the density is much higher at 200g/sqm. Melamine resin impregnated paper bonded, the film is of superior quality and much durable than most, if not all other types in the market.
Glue
Using high grade melamine WBP glue, boiling test is more than 18 hours. This ensures the veneers and film stay together even at the toughest weather conditions. Singapore being a tropical climate country, hot and humid conditions make it even more crucial to have a high grade adhesive.
Actual Reusabilities
We do not over promise. Based on actual feedback and observation collected from our customers, repetitions is 5 to 7 times depending on user's application and handling. A high ratio of cost vs number of uses is maximized.
