Plywood Core
100% hardwood using eucalyptus veneers. Its tolerance of changes in ambient temperature and its toughness make eucalyptus ideal for shuttering plywood.
Ply
Using grade A veneers, they are machine dried to desired moisture level before being joined by scarf joint method. Machine sanding is further performed to eliminate any uneven or bulging surface before film laminating.

Film
Dynea, a world reowned film manufacturer situated in Finland, brown film overlay is bonded to the panel face under high heat and pressure using phenolic resin glue. This forms a hard, most durable surface that resists abrasion and moisture and makes the panel easy to strip from concrete surfaces.
Glue
Permanent bonding is achieved by using Phenol formaldehyde (AS/NZS 2754.1) -Type A glue. Boiling water test exceeds 72 hours. Delamination will not occurs even under the harshest conditions.
Actual Reusabilities
Engineered for maximum serviceability, Duroply premium plywood should give from 15 - 20 repetitions. Using the highest quality hardwood with permanent bonding glue and dynea film, our premium plywood is one of the best quality film faced plywood you can find in the market.
