Plywood Core
100% mixed hardwood including acacia and eucalyptus. Density can reach more than 600kg/m3, offering superior strength and stability. Per piece weight is more than 18% heavier than softwood core.

Ply
Grade A veneers are dried through a dryer machine before being laid up 4 pieces by 4 pieces perpendicularly by layers. Machine sanding is performed to eliminate any uneven or bulging surface before film laminating.

Film
Dynea, a world reowned film manufacturer situated in Finland, brown film overlay is bonded to the panel face under high heat and pressure using phenolic resin glue. This forms a hard, most durable surface that resists abrasion and moisture and makes the panel easy to strip from concrete surfaces.
Glue
Top grade melamine WBP glue is used to withstand boiling water test of more than 18 hours. With more than MUF 20% content, bonding of the veneers are exceptional even under harsh conditions.
Actual Reusabilities
Engineered for long serviceability, Duroply pro should give from 8 -12 repetitions. Using the highest quality hardwood with top grade melamine glue bonding and dynea film, our pro plywood is one of the best valued quality film faced plywood you can find in the market.
